Inland, Byala is surrounded by forests and vineyards.

The complex is located on a rock that leads directly to the best beach in Byala. The owners and guests can enjoy the outdoor pool, the direct access to the beach and will be able to practice water sports on the grounds of the complex. It is not finished.

The town of Byala is located 50 km South of Varna and 60 km North of Burgas (both with International airports). Byala is also a seaside resort with many private houses for tourists. The area offers the perfect combination of golden beach and deciduous forest. These factors, combined with the tranquility of the area, make Byala a wonderful place to relax. The sea water here is very clean as there is no industrial pollution nearby.

The apartment is located on the second residential floor and consists of: an entrance hall, a living room – dining room – kitchen, a bedroom, a wardrobe, a bathroom-toilet and a balcony with sea veiw.
