Situated in the south end of one of the best beaches on the North Black sea coast, Kranevo is a small holiday village. The 7km long and up to 0,5km wide beach strip reaches the famous Albena holiday complex, separated from Kranevo from the national, natural preserved area of Baltata.

The complex is located some 200m from the beach and consists of 5 individual villas and 10 townhouses.

The house is blessed with a perfect location-7km from the largest holiday complex on the North Black sea coast – Golden Sands and 3 km from the complex of Albena. Both complexes are full of nightlife and entertainment and also offering various fun and sports attractions, restaurants, casinos and more.

The complex offers excellent one, two and three story townhouses with living areas between 70 and 140 square meters, 5 minutes away walking distance from a huge, 10 kilometers beach reaching Albena resort. Varna, the coastal capital of Bulgaria, with its international airport, city with nearly half of million inhabitants, known for its historical and cultural heritage, is only 25-30 minutes away by car.

Ten kilometers north from the complex is the old, historical and embraced with tradition town of Balchik. The Botanical garden, part of the Balchik Royal Palace by the sea, is the most visited touristic site on the North Coast.


Some 25 km from the complex is the Bulgarian golf riviera. With its three fully operational 18 hole signature championship golf courses BlackSeaRama (Gary Player), Lighthouse (Ian Woosnam) and Thracian Cliffs (Gary Player), Bulgaria is becoming a more and more attractive destination for golfers from North and Central Europe.
