The complex offers excellent three story villas with living areas between 180 and 200 square meters, 5 minutes away walking distance from a huge, 5 kilometers beach. All villas have fully equipped kitchens with a fireplace, bathrooms, satellite TV, Wi-Fi and air-conditioning in every room.

The house consists of a livingroom with kitchen and fireplace, veranda, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is full furnished.

The small idyllic village of Byala (population 2,500) is known for its thriving wine industry and is becoming a much sought after residential area and a World Class tourist destination. The international airports in Varna and Bourgas are at a comfortable, yet convenient distance of 50 and 80 km respectively.
